To describe Kelsey as a responsive communicator is an understatement. Kelsey is a proactive liaison between all parties involved in a real estate transaction. She kept me updated almost every day. The days when there was no news to update, she was kind enough to just send a quick message saying she was just checking in. My experience with past realtors is they left me wondering but not in the case with Kelsey. Even after escrow closed, she stayed in contact at just the right level. She has even helped me find contractors for the needed repairs of the home she helped me purchase.
