Vanessa Buss

I was born and raised in Florence and am proud to be a third-generation resident of this amazing community. Florence has been my home for the past 55 years, and my deep roots here give me a strong connection to the neighborhoods, people, and traditions that make this area so special.

I am happily married, and together my spouse and I have three beautiful children. We are also looking forward to welcoming our first grandchild in the summer of 2026. Family and community mean everything to me, and those values are what inspire my passion for helping others find a place to call home.
