Elijah Blankenship

Elijah Blankenship has deep roots in the Florence community and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals. Having grown up on the Oregon Coast and attended Siuslaw schools from kindergarten through graduation, he has a strong connection to the area and the people who call it home. Living in Florence for most of his life, Elijah has developed a deep appreciation for the community’s unique lifestyle, natural beauty, and small-town character.

Before entering real estate, Elijah built and operated a successful local service business, working closely with homeowners, property managers, and businesses throughout Florence and the surrounding communities. This experience gave him a strong understanding of residential properties and helped him build a reputation for reliability, hard work, and attention to detail.

Elijah holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from Southern Oregon University. His educational background allows him to approach real estate with a strategic mindset while keeping his clients’ goals at the center of every decision.

He is committed to providing honest guidance and clear communication throughout every step of the buying or selling process, with a focus on making each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Outside of real estate, Elijah is actively involved in the Florence community as a high school football coach and through ongoing volunteer work. As part of the team at TR Hunter Real Estate, he is proud to serve the community he has long called home.
