Crystell is a native of the Oregon Coast. Originally from Brookings, Oregon, she moved to Florence in 2016.
Crystell’s background in Geotechnical Consulting introduced her to the world of real estate transactions while working for a firm who disclosed geological hazards on real property.
Upon her Principal Geologist’s transition into retirement, she shifted her career to Real Estate Management and partnered into a property management firm where she supervised multi-unit dwellings, timeshares, transitional units, and vacation rentals. There Crystell developed her skill-set in arbitration, negotiation, contracts, and lease agreements.
In Lane County Crystell served as a Property Manager for the transitional government housing programs for both county and non-profit organizations. In that profession she refined the art of interpersonal communication and developed openness to other points of view.
As a Realtor® Crystell has honed her skills as a Staging Design Agent (SDA) and has taken house of extra courses in order to obtain her Senior REal Estate Specialist (SRES) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations.
Crystell is very involved in her community. She volunteers for the annual Central Oregon Coast Board of Realtors food drive, is an active volunteer for the Oregon Military Museum, and every year she helps organize multiple fundraising events that support non-profits in her community.
Crystell is currently the State Director and Marketing/PR Chair for the Central Oregon Coast Board of Realtors and is heavily involved in policy and regulation that effect Lane County real estate laws and regulations.
