Amy Johnson

Amy was raised in Florence and is proud to still call it home. She feels it’s an easy area to sell because she loves it so much. Amy comes from a background of property management, banking, office management, data entry, loan processing and assisting, as well as business management. Amy stepped into Real Estate in 2013, hit the floor running and absolutely loves it! She served seven years as a Director for the Central Oregon Coast Board of Directors, has her Certified Staging Certification, and she’s currently studying for her Principal Brokers license. She enjoys helping our local Realtors with issues and she also enjoys planning gatherings and parties for the Realtors in our area.

Amy enjoys many outdoor activities as well as refurbishing old furniture, and when she isn’t selling real estate, she can be found spending time with her family, her chickens, working on her yard and home, hunting, fishing and exploring our great outdoors. In 2020 Amy started a small business called “Gather in Florence” where she sells the items she refurbishes and creates, and it’s a place others can do so as well. The business often helps those who are in need, and Amy often does free offerings of things she’s made. It’s a fun past time for her and the community loves seeing what she does.

Amy takes great pride in home ownership and she looks forward to helping others find their homes as well. Helping others gives her the most joy no matter the need. Whether buying or selling, Amy is ready and willing to assist you. She takes great pride in her work and believes it to be very rewarding. Her goal is to make every step of the process as stress free as possible. She strives to be a few, hard-working steps ahead of the game so that every detail goes smoothly. Amy is informative, organized and attentive in every way.
